Welcome to TAG Notary Services ("TAG Notary Services," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using www.tagsigner.com, scheduling an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
TAG Notary Services provides professional notarial services, including:
Mobile Notary Services
Remote Online Notary (RON)
Loan Signing Services
General Notary Services
Apostille Assistance
I-9 Employment Verification
Estate Planning Document Signings
All services are performed in accordance with applicable Texas laws and regulations.
3. Appointment Policy
Appointments are subject to availability.
Please ensure:
All required documents are ready before the appointment.
All signers are present unless otherwise arranged.
Documents are complete but not signed before meeting with the notary unless instructed otherwise.
TAG Notary Services reserves the right to refuse service when required by law.
2. Identification Requirements
Every signer must present a valid, government-issued photo identification before any notarization can be performed.
Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in the appointment being canceled, and applicable travel or cancellation fees may apply.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees include the notarization fee permitted by Texas law plus any applicable travel, convenience, after-hours, printing, or administrative fees.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Credit/Debit Cards
Square
Cash (where applicable)
Other approved electronic payment methods
5. Travel Fees
Mobile notary appointments may include travel fees based on distance, appointment time, and service location.
Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has been dispatched.
7. Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Remote Online Notarization requires:
Identity verification
Credential analysis
Audio/video recording as required by Texas law
A compatible internet connection and supported device
If technical issues prevent completion of the notarization, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled after travel has begun or within the scheduled appointment window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment may also be charged applicable travel and service fees.
8. Loan Signing Services
TAG Notary Services acts solely as an impartial notary signing agent.
We do not:
Provide legal advice
Explain loan terms
Interpret legal documents
Recommend whether documents should be signed
Questions regarding loan documents should be directed to the lender, title company, or attorney.
9. Limitation of Liability
TAG Notary Services is responsible only for performing notarizations in compliance with Texas law.
We are not responsible for:
The legal accuracy or content of documents
Decisions made by lenders, title companies, courts, or government agencies
Documents rejected due to errors made before or after notarization
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, graphics, text, and images, is the property of TAG Notary Services unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information collected is used solely to provide requested services and comply with applicable legal requirements.
12. Changes to These Terms
TAG Notary Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
